On every order over £50 to a delivery address in the UK (including Northern Ireland) we are pleased to offer FREE delivery. For orders under £50 we charge just £4.99 for our standard delivery service.

Standard delivery is provided by a Royal Mail second class tracked service which normally takes 2-3 days. There are some occasions when this could take a little longer - Christmas and New Year, Bank Holiday Weekends etc - but our system will email you at every stage of delivery so you always know where your order is and how to contact the courier with any queries.

If you require your new lingerie faster you can always upgrade to a first class service for just £6.99 and, for even speedier delivery, we do offer Weekday Special Delivery and Saturday Special Delivery which guarantees your purchase will arrive the next day by lunchtime (If ordered by 1pm the previous day.)

Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt and usually the next working day wherever possible. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
